"Susan Scott's workshop invites us to unlatch the gate to
the secret garden, that invisible dwelling place within where our
innate creativity is waiting. Her inspiring photographs of ordinary
moments come alive in a slide show set to music, act as prelude,
and entrance us into seeing beyond the mind's eye. This is not about
the high art of photography, but rather the art of the moment. Throughout
the workshop Susan bears witness to each participant's singular
capacity to bring the moment to life through words, sound, or pictures.
The impact remains, the key to the gate remembered, long after the
workshop is over."

"Susan's time here was like an interlude in another dimension.
It makes me aware that it's the way I will continue to spend more
and more of my moments. (She spoke of stringing pearls). For me,
the experience of following my senses, particularly the visual one,
has been like opening a new and fascinating door of awareness. I
have learned a whole new way to be present."

"I am still feeling "filled up" from the weekend.
The experience touched people in ways that I know continues to reverberate
out into our community. I truly experienced my creative instinct
awakening at the workshop. Susan is an inspirational guide who encouraged
me to wander and respond to whatever moved me. I felt the naturalness
of childhood again and I am grateful
Blue washes over me
Guides me to images
more than words."
